Key Responsibilities

Lead a tertiary project with aspects of conservation and refurbishment The role is a contract administration role for the site stages of a university project Work from home autonomously in Canberra but liaise with a team in Melbourne and occasional travel to Melbourne may be required Visit site regularly and solve details in collaboration with the design team and builder Initially a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to extend Skills and Experience

Registered architect with over 10 years’ post graduate experience Strong experience gained on the site stages of large projects Experience in the refurbishment of heritage listed buildings Experience in a revit studio
