With particular attention to detail and strong communication skills you will be working closely to support consultants across all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing fantastic candidates and running daily reviews, to coordinating events and getting creative with advertising.

All of this whilst working within a fun and sociable team and a business who offer work/life balance PLUS you will learn all about top tier Australian practices and the design industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and registering of candidates
  • Resourcing across Bespoke's internal database and other platforms
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates 
  • Database management
  • Booking interviews & meeting & greeting candidates
  • Writing Ad copy and posting job ads
  • Assisting with Bespoke events & team outings
  • General office admin 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, retail or support roles would be beneficial
  • A background or interest in design & architecture would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Pro-active and supportive attitude
  • Solutions focused
  • Confident communication skills - written and verbal
  • Considered time management skills and ability to prioritise
