Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects
- Lead projects from concept to construction management
- Evolve and adapt the store design to meet operational needs and the ever-changing retail environment
- Present and communicate designs to key stakeholders
- Ensure brand designs guidelines, operational guidelines and documentation standards are met
- Assist with/oversee documentation (Revit and AutoCAD)
- Deliver project milestones are met on time and on budget
- Manage a small team
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure brand designs guidelines, operational guidelines and documentation standards are met
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Min 10+ years professional, local experience on hospitality/ F&B/ franchising, retail projects
- AutoCAD and Revit skills/ familiarity OR willingness to upskill on Revit
- Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
- Mature approach with initiative plus the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A driver’s license and the ability to travel interstate occasionally
