Award-winning studio is looking for a talented Architect with strong residential and masterplanning experience to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with directors on high-profile residential and masterplanning projects
- Developing designs and running projects in mixed-use residential schemes
- Support planning stages, including preparing applications and design codes aligned with UK regulations
- Contribute to visioning and design guidance documentation for diverse client and stakeholder needs
Skills and Experience
- Experience in residential and masterplanning design
- Proficient in Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp
- Confident in written and visual communication, with experience presenting ideas clearly
- Understanding of the UK planning process, with experience in application preparation
- Organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and works well in a team
- Interest in sustainable design and forward-thinking residential trends
