Join this dynamic team working closely on residential, industrial and regional developments. They are seeking an Architect with local multi-residential experience to join the team. This role is instrumental in delivering affordable and senior housing projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the lead architect and follow projects from early design through to final construction documentation, interfacing with clients and consultants
• Ability to work in project team, work independently
• Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and documentation
• Working through all stages, you will have a proven ability to oversee multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, positive and engaging personality

Skills and experience

• Master of Architecture Qualifications
• At least 2 years of local experience in residential design, ideally with on-site project experience
• Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience working with clients and consultants
• Proficiency in Revit 
• Knowledge of local standards and codes, including understanding of ADG and design practitioner regulations
