Award winning Architecture, Planning and Interior's firm is looking for a talented Intermediate Designers for major projects
Responsibilities:
- Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration
- Assist in project coordination and the production of project documentation through all phases.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members of a team to produce deliverables accurately and on time
- Lead pre-design, research and design studies
- Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture/Design or equivalent practical experience. 5-8 Years of post-graduate experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of local NYC experience on medium and large scale projects.
- Good understanding of NYC code and zoning for commercial and new construction projects.
- Expert with Rhino and visualization tools. (Enscape, Vray, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task. Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter who is driven to learn and test out new tools.
- Team player, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
