A reputable award-winning interstate architectural practice is seeking a talented mid-senior Design Architect to help establish a strong presence in Melbourne. This is your chance to be part of an expanding team focused on multi-residential and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project development from concept to completion, with a focus on multi-residential and hospitality sectors
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve exceptional design outcomes
- Navigate Melbourne's planning regulations and liaise with local consultants
- Utilise Revit for modeling and creating client presentations
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Lead design initiatives and mentor team members
Skills & Experience
- Masters Degree qualification in Architecture
- Approx 6-10 years’ post-grad experience, multi-residential experience ideal
- Experience with local planning regulations highly regarded
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Familiarity with Melbourne's planning regulations is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and creatively respond to client briefs
- Keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new challenges
