A&D Sales Specification Manager

Use your existing network of A&D contacts (ideally iwithn high-end residential and hospitality) to help grow their market presence. 

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek out new clients and specify brand’s product within the architecture and interior industry
• Collaborate to prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Knowledge of full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and product presentations
• Strong focus on building a stable project pipeline
• Monitor market and share sales leads with relevant colleagues
• Communicate efficiently with management in a timely manner
• Successfully work both individually and with colleagues in
• Showroom and the A&D Specifier to achieve company objectives, targets and goals

Skills and experience

• Excellent customer service & personable
• Have a strong UK network of architects and interiors working in the premium/ luxury sector, Middle East network is a plus
• 3-5 years relevant sales experience within the high-end interiors sector/ natural stone products
• Self-motivated and has a drive to expand networks within the UK
• Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans natural stones or wood design products knowledge preferred
• Travel required to Italy for initial on-boarding and for exhibition showcases throughout the year
• Flexibility with working hours to attend events/meetings
