Role Overview:
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Bespoke residential projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative design solutions, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously across all RIBA stages
- Coordinate design and technical packages
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Mentor and inspire junior team members
- Oversee construction on site
- Manage contract administration
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years post-Part 3 qualification
- Proven experience in delivering high-end residential projects in London
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for creative and contemporary design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of built projects
- Experience in a client-facing role and a proven ability to manage projects effectively
