A decorative lighting company are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Lighting Showroom Assistant to join our team.
This role involves engaging with customers, showcasing the diverse lighting collections, and providing expert guidance to ensure they find the perfect solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they explore the showroom
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain the showroom’s organisation and presentation
- Assist with inventory management and restocking displays
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails enquiries
- Assist with assigning and booking appointments
- Providing quotes and invoices
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail customer service or similar role
- Knowledge in lighting design, lighting techniques and technologies highly regarded by not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and POS systems
- Interest or knowledge in design & architecture
