Collaborate directly with studio leaders to create innovative designs that resonate nationally, with a focus on quality and community engagement. In this exciting position, you’ll take the lead on small project teams and collaborate closely with directors and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll play a crucial role in the design development and documentation process, ensuring that projects remain aligned with the studios vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small project teams and coordinate with consultants throughout all project stages
• Work closely with directors and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
• Collaborate on design concepts, contributing significantly to design development and documentation
• Remain engaged across all phases of projects to ensure quality and consistency

Skills and Experience:

• Operating at a level similar to 7-10 years of experience in high-quality design practices
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients and team members
• Experience across a variety of project types, particularly in education (tertiary) and high-density residential sectors, including social housing
• Proficiency in Revit 
• Strong design skills
