Project Architect for high end Residential - ArchiCAD

About this role

A highly respected design studio renowned for creating beautifully crafted high end residential projects is currently seeking a talented architect to join their studio. The practice prides itself on design excellence and the successful person will possess exceptional design and detailing skills. 

Key responsibilities

• Working under a Principal you will run projects and small teams
• Play a key role in design and client service
• Ability to lead and work in project team, work independently
• Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and documentation
• Working through all stages, you will have a proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, positive and engaging personality
• Mentor junior staff

Skills and experience

• Master of Architecture Qualifications, registration not essential but preferred
• Operating at a level similar to 6-8+ years’ professional practice experience
• Experience on high quality houses and apartments 
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD 
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills
• Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability
• Outstanding communication skills (written, visual, verbal) and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience working with clients and consultants
