About this role
A high-end Australian designer and manufacturer of bathroomware is seeking a technically minded and knowledgeable Customer Service Consultant to join their thriving Sydney team.
You will be joining market leaders in the industry, who supply some of the most innovative and influential products to high-end and luxury projects throughout Australia.
As the Technical Customer Service Consultant, you will leverage your past experience and/or qualifications in the plumbing and bathroom sector to ensure all customer queries are resolved, whilst building and maintaining successful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge and efficiently respond to and resolve inbound customer queries from builders, specifiers and trade professionals Correctly log all customer enquiries through the internal database Book in service calls with customers and coordinate with relevant suppliers Overseeing the external data entry representatives Collaborate with the wider sales and support teams to ensure a high level of customer service is offered across all touchpoints
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service position Technical knowledge of the bathroom and plumbing industry highly desirable Calm, polite and positive attitude Detail oriented and organised with a high level of computer literature
