A high-end architectural and interior design firm is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to join their commercial team working on high-profile hotel projects across the country and abroad.

A design focused firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple complex commercial projects throughout all phases.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and presentation materials
- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
- Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Design and construction documentation
- Research products and specifications
- Delegate work to and mentor junior staff
Key skills and experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Must have hotel experience
- Retail, commercial, and restaurant, and public space experience is a plus
- Experience with all phases of design and construction
- Strong design, communication, and technical skills
- AutoCAD proficiency is required
- Revit & Rhino experience is a plus
