Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in the technical production and site delivery of complex projects simultaneously.
- Produce high-quality information in Revit.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead technical reviews and drive the quality of output.
- Supervise projects on-site to ensure smooth delivery.
Skills and Experience
- UK-qualified architect with significant experience leading packages and projects at RIBA Stages 4-6.
- Proven experience on mixed-use, housing, or education projects in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK building codes, regulations, consultation processes, and the Building Safety Act.
- Collaborative team player with the ambition to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced office.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent visual presentation skills, including InDesign and MS Office.
