Creative LA Junior Interior Designers wanted who have at least 2 years of experience in High-end Hospitality firms! Small team with incredible projects! Opportunities for growth and travel!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team through all phases from conception to construction and oversee multiple projects at once
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to create millwork detailing and elevation drawings efficiently
- Ability to create or assist in creating a full construction document set
- Experience keeping projects within budget and on timeline
- Adhering to firm’s design standards while contributing your own creative twist
- Specifying FF&E from luxury brands and vendors
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years years of experience in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. 2 years must be from top-tier Hospitality firm
- Strong technical and conceptional design skills
- Experience drafting efficiently with Autocad, Revit or SketchUp
- Knowledge of FF&E vendors and experience sourcing
- Experience creating and getting quotes for custom FF&E pieces
- Strong verbal and written communications is a must
- Experience working on Design Presentations
