Atlanta - Arch Project Manager - Education (12+ yrs)

About this role

A leading architecture and design firm is seeking a Project/Contract Manager with Education and K-12 experience to join their Atlanta office!  This individual will work as part of a team on a variety of challenging full life-cycle aviation projects, delivering packages and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate in marketing and business development
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts
• Manage project budget, schedule, and consultants
• Track fees and costs
• Manage day-to-day activities of projects
• Foster communication with project team
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies
• Provide leadership and mentor staff

• 12+ years of professional experience through all phases
• Architecture License required
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 10+ years of education experience preferred 
• Proficiency using Revit is a bonus
• In-depth knowledge of design, construction methodology, and material application
• Thorough understanding of project planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting      
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects
• Travel may be required
