AJ100 Employer of the Year - shortlist announced

We're thrilled to once again sponsor the prestigious AJ100 Employer of the Year award, which recognises architectural practices leading the way in creating outstanding workplaces and employment experiences.

This year, six practices are in the running, each with a unique and impressive approach to training, workplace culture, diversity, inclusion, and staff wellbeing and satisfaction.

HTA Design will look to make it a three-peat after winning the past two years in a row.

But joining the race and providing stiff competition are previous winners  HLM Architects, JTP, and Hawkins\Brown as well as first-time nominee AEW from Manchester and London-based Studio PDP. 

This year, the judges, including our very own Lucy Cahill, will pay particularly close attention to how firms are adapting to hybrid work models and supporting their employees through the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis. 

Prioritising your people isn't just a feel-good initiative, it's a proven driver of performance. Firms that make their employees a core focus are primed for lasting success and a healthier bottom line.

We are looking forward to celebrating this year's winner as a shining example for the entire A&D industry.
